Most of us love wine. Some like making wine, others enjoy drinking – some do both. You don’t have to own your own vines to make your own wine (although some homeowners do own enough vines to make 600-1000 bottles.
It’s a hobby, it’s a passion. It invites experimentation and it asks for constant learning, sampling and sipping. I love to be the guest sampler, voicing an opinion that not everyone agrees with – but – that’s what makes it interesting. (hover over the image and click on the + to enlarge it).
