The History of Wedderwill
Georg von Loeper bought this farm (Farm 1089) in 1991 and named it Wedderwill. In 1995 he managed to obtain the rights to give “spot zoning” on what had been agricultural land. This ensured that each homeowner has a full title for his property.
Pam and Wolf Vosse were bold enough to be the first to build in this new development and moved there in 1996. It was really just a farm with Orchards of Nectarines and Apples which made way for vineyards after a few years.
