Wolf Vosse was the first person to build a home here (because his wife told him to). That was in 1995. In 2000 he was asked by the Developer to help him sell the remaining land.

He has sold 95% of all properties on Wedderwill. He only sells Wedderwill properties, because he is passionate about it. He has inside knowledge of the things that are happening and are about to happen – and the things that are not going to happen.

Michael Scholtz, also a long time resident, joined Wolf in 2016. He is an absolute professional with strong ethics. He built his home in 2005 because his wife Wendy wanted to be close to her horses and ride in beautiful surroundings.

We don’t believe in a pushy sales approach. We will ask you lots of questions about your needs, “must haves”, and deal breakers. We will be frank with you – if we have not got what you are looking for – we will not try and flog you something else.
